MY REVIEW:
The new neighbor, Johnny Brubaker, was a handsome lawyer, grieving over the loss of his wife. He was doing what he felt was a tribute to her. Pediatric nurse, Tabitha Jones was experiencing her own grief. Her mentally unstable "ex", her son's biological father, had kidnapped her son. Johnny needed help with his project so offered his help in finding her son, in return for her help. Neither were looking for a relationship. This was a very well-written, entertaining novel. Although somewhat predictable, it had enough "twists" and adventure that it captivated the reader's attention. The Title and Cover image were very "fitting"and were both eye-catching to the "browser". The characters were very endearing and felt real. Background scenes were described in a way they were easily visualized. The only literary problem I found with this story is a slightly repetitive situation and thoughts. It could have used a few more "twists". ^ Reader BEWARE: There are some crude words and a sexual situation, but not explicit. I offer a Four and a Half Stars rating. "This book was gifted me with no expectations of a positive review. This is my honest review.
