I must admit, I have not tried all of the recipes in this book. However, the ones I have tried are very pleasing to the pallet. For instance, if ever you question how ro cook spaghetti squash, try Shannon's Herbed Spaghetti Casserole which is sure to tantalize even the most picky eater's taste buds.

J do not know why she would title her savory dish by naming it "Jerk" Pork Chops, because there was nothing "jerky" about them!

I am anxious to try her other recipes.
