My Review:
This is a valuable workbook written especially for children ages 6 to 11, but I feel, even as adults, this can easily be adjusted to aid in our anger control, as well. The synopsis really says it all! There are three parts with chapters in each, helping the individual to understand anger, identify it, the physiological effects, and what its cause is, then activities to manage it. I recommend this workbook to all ages! This rates Five Stars. *This was gifted me with no stipulation for a positive review. This is my honest review.
