Book Description:
Just when Fawn Malero was getting comfortable in her new life….
Fawn was enjoying her new-found career as a Supernatural P.I., settling into a relationship with the Werewolf, Logan, and figuring out how to interact with all the supernatural creatures living in the Seattle area. But it never occurred to her the water off the shore was also under her administration…that was until they started crawling out to beg for help.
Before she knew it, Fawn was on a quest to learn who was attempting to steal the magical properties of the ocean, where a powerful Vampire’s daughter was being held captive. And could she catch the Magician who’d been selling dangerous items to humans?
Of course, she wasn’t alone. The posse she’d collected were still with her and determined to help. If she was going to make it as a P.I. she wasn’t going to do it without backup.

10 things you didn’t know about Courtney Davis
1) I was born in Canada. Yep, though it was only because we lived in a tiny town in North Idaho so close to the border and it was cheaper to have babies in Canada. It makes for a fun fact about me though, never lived in the country I was born in, but I have visited a time or two!
2) I can’t whistle… it’s a shameful secret, I can kind of whistle by sucking in, but it barely really counts, and I’ve always been jealous of those who can let loose with a sharp whistle to bring their kids in, I have to rely on my loud yell!
3) I have a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and I teach kindergarten. I love teaching, it’s definitely a passion, though I hope to someday be able to stay home and be a full-time writer. For now, I will settle for instilling a love of reading and writing into the littlest students.
4) My first real job was when I was 18 and I worked at a casino. I was a tech, so if a machine broke, I was the one they called to try and fix it. This is probably why I am not a fan of gambling; I know I’ll lose.
5) I have never mowed the lawn. I made it an arbitrary life goal when I was younger and much to my first husband’s disappointment, I never went back on it. I have yet to mow the lawn, ever.
6) I gave my husband a tattoo in our kitchen. It was so much fun. He’s tattooed me multiple times and I figured I deserved a chance to brand him as mine so… It was pretty easy, just following lines, nothing too crazy and it turned out really good too!
7) I broke my wrist in high school. I was riding on the back of my friend’s van (yeah stupid stuff kids do) and she went around a corner and I slid off. Well obviously, I couldn’t tell my mom what I was doing so I didn’t, for about three months, when I kept complaining about my wrist hurting after “falling” she took me in, it was broken, and I had to get a bone graft and be in casts and braces for nine months. I learned my lesson though.
8) I don’t like sad stories. In movies or books, if I know the ending is sad, I don’t watch it or read it. There’s too much sadness in the real world, I want to read about love and adventure and happy endings, even if it doesn’t come until the end of a twenty-two-book series.
9) I have a bit of a fear of dogs, they are not my favorite. Yes, I have two of them and I love them, but I don’t trust other people’s dogs and I am definitely a cat person, I have three of those.
10) I have been swimming in the ocean with turtles, snorkeled off of a boat in Hawaii, and swam around with sea turtles! It was amazing, despite my fear of water when you can’t see the bottom, I held back panic attacks during the snorkeling adventure, also the panic of
claustrophobia, man I love underwater, and snorkeling is amazing, but it makes me feel claustrophobic.
